Great budget place!
I stayed here for 4 nights and honestly, the staff are super chill and really listen to you. The shared kitchen was a plus and bathrooms were always free, never waited! My room was cozy with a nice heater too. Only thing is the noise from other rooms can get a bit much at night.

Coded access system, Convenient shared kitchen, Airy common spaces
Shared bathrooms need substantial cleaning improvements!!! Room maintenance appears neglected, with broken locks and unpleasant odors evidence of inadequate upkeep!!! Safety concerns about thin walls leading to noise disturbances should be addressed!!!

Just a top selection for strolling around in Birmingham with real value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If you're sensitive to noise, best to choose a room away from the front door.

Check-in was smooth and the hosts were welcoming, but the overall condition of my room left much to be desired. Maintenance issues were apparent, and cleanliness overlooked. the kitchenette offered great convenience for meals, allowing me to save on food costs. Make sure to bring extra cleaning supplies!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The comfy bed made for a great night's sleep, and the cozy lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The only downside was the slightly cramped shower area, but it didn’t spoil my time at all. 😄

The location provides easy access to both the city and West Bromwich, making it convenient for travelers. Friendly staff greeted upon arrival, but the room had cleanliness issues that were hard to overlook. Using a bed without proper sheets and opting against a shower because of its condition dampened the experience. Although I appreciated the mobile heater that quickly warmed the room, it couldn't compensate for the overall neglect evident in my accommodations.
